I went to see Dr spring to help with some insecurities I have. I had an idea of what I wanted. Dr spring came in asked me what my goal was and looked over me. She ended up talking me out of somethings because she said I didn’t need it. I was very impressed that a plastic surgeon was being honest with me and not just after the profit. I trusted her opinion and went through with what she suggested. I was so so nervous for my surgery, caused my blood pressure to sky rocket. Dr Spring did everything to calm me down and make me feel safe. The first week post op was difficult but once that passed it was smooth sailing. Dr Spring is definitely an artist and has an eye for perfection. My breast lift is amazing and I didn’t need implants. The scarring is almost gone and I am only 3 months post op. Her whole staff was great as well: a big shout out to Heather. She answered all my questions quickly and checked up on me throughout the whole process and recovery. I highly recommend these girls! I will forever be a patient!

I had a breast Augmentation done by Dr. Rhomadka and I could not be more satisfied with my results and his professional bedside manner! The staff is super friendly and helpful. 5 starts is not enough to represent my experience with Mountain West Plastic Surgery!

Just had microdermabrasion done with Abby and wow, what a treat! She was so professional explaining every step of the process as I have never had this service done before. My skin feels amazing. She even made sure I didn’t walk out looking red and splotchy which is important to me because that can be embarrassing. Definitely recommend this sweet lady and will be seeing her for future services!
Dr. Spring and her staff helped me through such a difficult and scary time in my life. They are so caring and helpful. Not sure how many times I called with questions and every time took such great care of me. I do not miss driving from Missoula for appointments but I definitely miss all of them!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Hromadka, Janelle and his entire staff. Everyone there is caring and professional and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I have already told my friends what a great office they are and I highly recommend them! Thank you for everything your office is amazing!
